Our Mission

Starting off in the mechanical engineering industry, the founder of BIM Connections Inc. was set on making a difference and impact in the industry. His first contact with a recruiter was one that set the tone of of what is in the industry right now. I was given the opportunity to get an increase in salary for over 15% increase, not knowing that down the line it would cost me my job and eventually getting laid off. After this experience he was set on making a change to the connections he made. Growing in the industry from mechanical modeler, to mechanical designer, to BIM lead in the nuclear industry, Hector learned the importance of accountability and transparency when looking for work and maintaining good relationships at work.

This is where BIM Connections Inc. was born. He decided that to make all the years of industry experience and connections to make a recruiting company that would specialize what he has learned over the years and transform it into an output where it drives relationships for employers and employees to connect on a deeper level with transparency and accountability. This way it reduces time lost in making the wrong connections and having to source once again.
